Feng Shui And Your Environment
Sunday, October 12, 2008Is you life in a mess? Do you feel out of control, discouraged, stressful? Do you often feel tired and down. Do you tend to fall sick more often? What is happening to you, you might wonder.
Take a closer look around you. Is surrounding dim and gloomy, cluttered and disorganized? Are you facing sharp angles object, floor-to-ceiling windows all the time while you work? Does the room smell dusty or musty?
A cluttered and disorganized room often reflects a distract and unfocused mind. It often adds stress and erodes your energy away as well. Have you ever look at a disorganized room and say to yourself "It need some cleaning but... I'll do it later. ...so tired today..."
In Feng Shui, the smooth flow of energy is very important. Clutter prevents a smooth flow of energy. Just like a cluttered stream. Soon there the surrounding plantation would be flood, and soon die of rot.
Do you often have professional blocked, feel that your life is stagnant, lost your sense of purpose in life? Cluttered is often sending signal to your subconscious mind. "Unwanted", "Unnecessary", "No good", "Of no use". No wonder you get depressed.
All these unpleasantness would send a negative signal to your subconscious. For example, if you are constantly facing a sharp object, you would often feel threaten and become too sensitive and insecure. This might lead to you taking any casual remark as a threat. If you are constantly exposed to this imaginary threat It creates an imbalance to both your mind and body.
What can you do to gain back your life? If you find a clutter, simple, start cleaning up. It would be difficult at first but soon you would find a change. Your surrounding become more vibrant, attractive and lively. You feel good, you have more energy. As for those area that are empty, it is best to engage a professional to help you to determine the missing element. Soon, you would just feel more alive and is able to focus on what is important to you in life.
